Human services is a vast sector that includes a broad range of disciplines, knowledge and skills focused toward enhancing human well-being, both individually and collectively.

Players For Humanity has possibly been the ‘first of its kind’ non profit organization in India, comprising of 41 greats of Indian football, who are trying to be a shoulder of support for the helpless people of our society.

Founder Members

The ” players for humanity”, is an organization that works to fulfill a mandate or series of goals for a particular cause. By structuring itself within the private sector, but without a profit motive, this organisation positions itself to receive funding from members, donors and grants. As we are not concerned with profit margins, the nonprofit is able to focus the majority of its resources on realizing its goals. This organisation is able to tailor itself to meet the needs of a specific segment of society. As such, the quality of services it can provide is extremely high for its target group.

Advisor’s speak

Mr. Sanjay Mukherjee is an Addl Commissioner of Income tax and is an avid sports enthusiast. He has a Masters degree in Business Management. He had been associated with administration of East Bengal Club as an executive committee member during 2009-10. He has been associated with Players for Humanity since inception and have provided valued inputs on legal, statutory and financial matters.

Provides support to the sick, disabled and diseased people by helping them in treatment and other support, Also promotes awareness regarding health.

— Shelter

Housing is the basic necessity of every human being along with food and water. players for humanity tries to provide shelter for homeless people.

— Education

Works for the education of underprivileged kids or students of different age groups and background with an objective of eliminating illiteracy.

— Food

We ensure meals for underprivileged communities like slum areas, child shelter home, old-age home etc. During this lock-down we served many people & provide monthly ration to needy people.

— Sports

We are trying to create a bigger ecosystem for all kind of sports (like Cricket, Football, basketball etc.) in the country. We are providing support to the younger generation for their better future.
